The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 8th October at 11am in the site meeting room. All plotholders are invited to attend.
At the meeting we’ll hear reports from outgoing officers and the committee will be elected for the coming year.
If you have an item you would like to raise at the meeting, it must be put in writing by 24th September. The full agenda will be posted in the noticeboard the week before the meeting.
