In October the Association of Liverpool Allotments held the presentation for the Annual Liverpool Allotments Competition. This year Ashfield won all but one of the prizes.

- Gary Flack who won third best plot in Liverpool
- Tommy Hall, Gary Flack, John Morris, Joan Jennion and Chris Beyga who won best group of five plots
This is the best set of results we’ve ever had in the competition and the first time we’ve ever won the best group of five plots. The last time we won Best Allotment site was in 2009.
